  • I have been diagnosed w/ chronic sinusitis and had surgery at the end of 2003. Following the surgery, symptoms have become less frequent but no less severe. I have been recommended to take prescription strenght ibuprofen (800mg) for the pain, but it does not provide relief. I have taken ultram on occasion after minor dental procedures and would like to take it to relieve the pain associated with the sinusitis.

  • Aprox. 6yrs ago, I had spinal fusion on the L4-5. I now have advanced scar tissue and in continual pain. I don\'t have health insurance. I had 6 gastric ulcers 2 yrs ago and underwent aprox. 8 endoscopic treatments for severe pyloric stenosis, because one of the ulcers was on the pylorus. I\'m not able to take any OTC anti inflamatories, nor cortisone injections. I tried the spinal injections, however the Kenalog that was used affected me systemically and flared my ulcers up. I used Ultram after surgery and it help reduce the discomfort.
